At Moment Unboxed, every item is handcrafted and custom‑made, so shipping timelines may vary depending on the complexity of your design and our current order volume. We take great care in packaging and shipping your items to ensure they arrive safely and ready to be unboxed as a special moment.

Processing Times

Because all products are made to order, processing times will differ by item. Typical processing times are listed on each product page or shown at checkout.

Please note:

  • Processing time refers to the time it takes to create your custom item.

  • Shipping time begins after your order has been completed and handed to the carrier.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double‑check your shipping address before placing your order. Moment Unboxed is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update it.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

We will assist where possible, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier‑related issues.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at momentunboxed@aol.com with photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
