At Moment Unboxed, every item is handcrafted with care and customized specifically for each client. Because of the personalized nature of our products — including custom Greek paddles, tikis, stepping canes, and sublimation cups — all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Custom & Made‑to‑Order Items
All products in our shop are custom-made and created based on your selected designs, colors, names, and organization details. For this reason, we cannot resell or restock these items, and therefore cannot offer returns or refunds.
If you have any questions before placing your order, we encourage you to reach out so we can help ensure your design is exactly what you want.
Damages or Order Issues
While returns are not accepted, your satisfaction matters. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at momentunboxed@aol.com if:

Non‑Returnable Items
Because all items are custom-made, none of our products are eligible for return, including:

European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
Due to the custom nature of our products, the EU 14‑day cooling‑off period does not apply. Custom-made items are exempt from this policy under EU consumer protection laws.
